Arjun Ramchandran is Vice President of Customer Success Strategy at Genesys where he helps drive cross-functional services innovation and manages the PureSuccess services offers. Prior to this role, Arjun led Genesys University and Professional Services for the company’s SaaS solutions from the acquisitions of Angel and SoundBite. Before joining Genesys in 2013, he held leadership roles in management consulting, strategy and product management. Arjun has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Manipal Institute of Technology in India, and an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management.
