Cliff Bell is the Senior Director of the Innovations Foundry at Genesys. The Innovations Foundry team evaluates and builds new concepts - solutions to real-world business problems - to show Genesys customers and prospects what is possible, and gather critical feedback to guide further investment. By combining Genesys products and services with those of our business partners, the Innovations Foundry helps arm champions of innovation at enterprises throughout the customer experience industry. Cliff has been with Genesys since 2007, previously holding positions guiding partner product management, introducing Conversation Manager, and leading the solution team for the Genesys digital channels portfolio. Cliff holds a degree in Economics & Business Management from McPherson College.
