Gina Clarkin is on the product marketing team at Genesys with more than 20 years of experience in customer engagement and business optimization. Her responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, messaging and integrated marketing campaigns for customer experience and cloud solutions.
Prior to her current role at Genesys, she served in product management focused on helping midmarket contact center clients optimize business processes and capture customer insights to drive satisfaction.
Gina spent the early part of her career in sales, marketing and product management roles working for innovators in computer software, wireless and Internet technologies. She received her MBA in Technology Management from The Lally School at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
