Very passionate about customer experience and innovation, Jurgen take care of the presales teams and strategic initiatives, such as Genesys use cases and smart selling. Jurgen lives in Belgium with his wife and his three young kids. He loves playing tennis, mountain biking and enjoys of course all good Belgian things – particularly beer and chocolates.
