Rebecca is the PureCloud Self-Service Product Manager at Genesys, she helps our customers improve how they deliver CX. She works on features that enhance self-service interactions between businesses and their customers. She came to Genesys via the SpeechStorm acquisition and previously led Pre-Sales across EMEA and APAC for the GIA (Genesys Intelligent Automation) product, before moving to USA from Ireland to take up her current role.
