It’s another year of innovation from Genesys customers! Today, Genesys announced the finalists for its 12th annual Genesys Customer Innovation Awards. This program recognizes high-achieving companies that have made a commitment to exceptional customer experience (CX) through innovation and transformation.
The Genesys Customer Innovation Awards honor outstanding work with star treatment for the “best of the best.” And every year, the program has grown in the number of nominations and in the complexity and sophistication of the CX initiatives. Our goal is to nurture environments that use our solutions in innovative ways, and reward those who go above and beyond to advance customer experience. After all, our success is directly related to the success of our customers.
The Biggest Group of CX Innovators Ever
This year’s competition began with 99 nominations from Asia Pacific, Latin America, North America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Nominations were submitted across five award categories, and each category has a variety of criteria, such as:
- Established global CX presence with follow-the-sun capabilities
- Deployed omnichannel solutions, enabling multimodality for all customer touchpoints
- Evolved CX strategy to be future-proof and purpose-built as part of a digital transformation initiative
In addition, all nominees must be enrolled in the Genesys Customer Advocacy Program, an online forum for customers to promote successful transformation initiatives, gain insights into industry news and trends, and network with thought leaders and peers on best practices.

The winners will be selected by an executive panel of judges, including past CIA winners and analysts. Winners will be announced and celebrated at CX17 Indianapolis, and also recognized at CX17 Brussels. CX17 is a new Genesys event that combines the best of G-Force and Interactions in the number one customer engagement experience of the year.
It Pays to Be an Innovator
Finalists will receive primary consideration for keynote speaking opportunities at 2017 Genesys events; VIP treatment at either the Indianapolis or Brussels CX17 event; special networking opportunities at CX17; and professionally produced success stories that showcase their companies as CX leaders.
